In the job opportunities feature, recruiters and employers will be able to have their jobs posted on the site for a fee, provided these are of a suitable calibre for BComs. However, they will not be able to search the database for candidates, nor will they have access to names and contact details of BComs, unless you wish to contact them (in which case their contact details will be sent to you). So, unlike other recruitment sites, the recruitment process will be totally confidential and you the BCom user will be in control of recruitment interactions.

Once you join the BCom Connect community , you will be able to search the database for positions e.g. by industry, to view those job opportunities that interest you and to receive alerts (no more than once a day) of new jobs meeting your search criteria. Other value-adding functionality will be added to this module over time.
